James Nader / Travel Photography
Travel has always given me the freedom to photograph beyond the expectations of a commercial assignment. From the streets of Havana and Porto to the architecture of Budapest and the landscapes of Iceland, I explore the character of places through light, atmosphere, people and the moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. These personal journeys allow me to observe, experiment and discover photographs without a predetermined brief.
These travel photography collections are more than records of places I have visited. They are personal observations about how we see unfamiliar surroundings, recognise compelling compositions and respond to natural light. Through street photography, documentary images, architecture and landscapes, I share the details that caught my attention and the decisions behind each frame. Every journey strengthens the way I observe and approach photography, both personally and professionally.
